The Opportunity
To maximise their impact, the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand needed a website that was more accessible, scalable, and easier to manage.
With a vast library of content and a diverse audience, MHF required a powerful yet intuitive website that could serve millions of users, while remaining easy to manage.
At the same time, their digital brand identity needed a refresh to create a consistent experience across online touchpoints.

Our first step was refining MHF's digital brand identity to create a cohesive online experience. From there, we engaged focus groups and target audiences to inform our design decisions and architecture for the new website.
We then developed a high-performance website that prioritised accessibility, online speed, and CMS authoring tools that made it easy for MHF to manage and update their vast content library.
AI-powered smart search enables users to find relevant resources quickly, while performance optimisations ensure fast load times and seamless browsing across all devices.
