What they needed
Edison Health runs precision health programmes: DNA, blood work, wearables and coaching, with a report at the end that tells the client what to do next. As they grew, the reporting could not keep up. Client data sat in seven separate systems, and the largest report took eight hours of hand assembly. The team was spending its time on data entry instead of clients.
What we built
A custom patient management system. It integrates the seven data sources (DNA results, blood panels, wearable data, bookings and more) into one 360-degree view of each client, and a reporting engine assembles the monthly summary, DNA insights and wellness reports from that data. Clients get a dashboard of their own: biogenic age, heart age, readiness, sleep and body composition, with the trend over time and their reports and documents in one place.
What changed
Manual reporting dropped by around 90%. The eight-hour report takes three minutes. With one view of every client, Edison scaled to something like twenty times its previous volume without losing the personal service the model depends on.
Where it goes next
Our part ran from 2019 to 2022, and the platform stayed with Edison.
