The Opportunity

Different audiences relied on PCF's site for information. Through stakeholder workshops and consumer surveys, we defined three core focus areas - Initiatives, Connections, and Information - and structured a website that told their story clearly.

What We Built

A performance-optimised website with refined content architecture. Page load times dropped 50%. The site was optimised to work across a range of internet connections and speeds, critical for Pacific audiences.

The Outcome

Organic traffic grew 8x in the first year. 95% of users provided positive feedback on the experience. In 2023, PCF transitioned to an in-house Squarespace site following a change in leadership, building on the foundations we established.
