The Opportunity
ABA's old booking system was slow, clunky, and not mobile-friendly. Every booking required manual handling, and managing court lighting meant even more time on non-customer-facing tasks.
What We Built
A simple, intuitive booking flow for both members and casual players. The platform automatically controls court lighting via a Raspberry Pi integration, ensuring lights only activate for paid bookings. Financial reports, admin tools, and CRM features make it ABA's central member hub.
The Outcome
The platform has managed over 200,000 bookings, generating millions in court revenue with more than 800K annual page views. ABA can focus on what matters most - looking after their players and growing the sport.
